Mary believes that this personality suits her because she always tends to fall into the leadership role and makes sure everything gets done while also making sure everyone’s different ideas are heard. This shows she is a good team member, and if needed, a good leader.
Sydney Bradshaw
The Mediator
Mediators (INFP-T) "are true idealists, always looking for the hint of good in even the worst of people and events, searching for ways to make things better." Commonly drawn to careers of passion and dedication, they rely on their emotions, and they seek to help others and achieve harmony. She is driven by her passion and dedication to do what is right. This shows that everything she does has all of her passion and dedication behind it.
Olivia Carpenter
The Campaigner
Curious and observant, Olivia excels at coming up with creative solutions to an array of problems. She shines when in a social environment and can bring any team together to complete a project and have good time doing it. She is an excellent communicator and is intensely energetic and enthusiastic meaning all projects she takes part in will be new and fresh.

Confident and original, Asami is unafraid of sharing her ideas with her teammates. Her practicality allows her to focus on a realistic solution, while her eye for aesthetics allows for incredibly creative and pleasing designs. In addition, Asami’s observant nature and excellent people skills help bring her team together.
