Project Proposal

Over the course of the week, ASMO Inc. has completed its project proposal and submitted it as the course’s midterm exam grade. Many aspects of the proposal had been previously completed in prior activities, such as the performance benchmarks and existing solutions. However, there were several new components that had to be added, such as the executive summary and the team member summaries. Each member worked to bring all the pieces of the document together. Moving onward, the team is compiling physical copies of every activity completed this year for the project portfolio, which is due Monday, January 28.
